1. Introduction

Welcome to WebQ Studio. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services. By submitting a booking request or using our digital solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Our studio focuses on clean design, smooth user experience, and tailored creative solutions.

2. Services & Budget Requirements

WebQ provides professional digital services with the following minimum budget thresholds:

  • Web Development & UI/UX Design: Minimum project value starting from ₹999.
  • Poster Design: Minimum project value starting from ₹350.
  • Video Editing: Minimum project value starting from ₹400.

3. Booking & Personal Connection

At WebQ, we value a personal connection. Upon submitting your requirements through our booking form, our team will personally reach out to you via your selected contact preference (WhatsApp or Call) within 24 hours. A project is only considered "Confirmed" once initial project goals and payments are finalized during this personal consultation.

4. Revision Policy

We offer revision rounds based on the selected project tier. Starter plans typically include one round of revisions, while Business plans include three. Any revisions requested beyond the agreed tier limit will be subject to additional charges at the studio's discretion.

5. Payments & Deliverables

All payments are handled securely. For most projects, a 50% upfront deposit is required to initiate design or development. Final source files (Figma, PSD, PR) are only delivered upon full payment completion, depending on the service tier selected.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the ownership of the final digital product is transferred to the client. However, WebQ Studio reserves the right to display the completed work in our portfolio, website, and social media channels for promotional purposes.
